- Identify which SECURE, CARES, and SECURE 2.0 provisions are in the Cycle 4 restatement, and which are not.
- Recognize the gaps and overlaps between Cycle 4 restatement and the SECURE, CARES, and SECURE 2.0 amendments.
- Evaluate the potential available options to address those gaps and overlaps.
- Understand the features and considerations of adding certain optional SECURE 2.0 provisions

Adrienne Robertson is an ERISA counsel and owner of Robertson Retirement Law, LLC, based in the Denver area. With more than 35 years of industry experience, she is the author of the 401(k) Answer Book, a contributing author to the monthly 401(k) Advisor newsletter, and a frequent industry presenter. Her expertise is in ERISA and the tax laws applicable to qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, focusing on fiduciary concerns; operational compliance; plan design strategy; merger, acquisition, and controlled group issues; and recordkeeping and operational practices. She is a credentialed ASPPA member, has been involved with ASPPA Education & Examination and Government Affairs committees, and is active in the Denver chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Council.

Doors open at 7:30 am for check-in, breakfast and networking. Our program will begin at 8:00 am and this program will end at approximately 9:45 am. The registration fee includes a full breakfast buffet and hosted valet parking.
